What I collect, and what I don't.
Short version: the contact form goes to my inbox. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you. Reuse terms for the writing are at the bottom.
The contact form
The form on this site collects your name, work email, company, project type, budget band, timeline and whatever you write in the message field. It is processed by Formspree, which forwards it to my email and stores a copy of the submission on their servers. I use that information for one thing: replying to you and scoping the work.
I do not add you to a mailing list, sell or share the data, or pass it to advertising or profiling services. If an engagement doesn't happen, the message stays in my mail archive until you ask me to delete it.
Booking a call
The "book a call" links go to Calendly, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. I see the name, email and answers you give it when you book.
This site itself
No analytics, no advertising tags, no third-party trackers, and no cookies set by me. The site stores one thing in your browser: your light/dark theme preference, which never leaves your device. Fonts and assets are served from this domain rather than a third-party CDN, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
It is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs.
Your rights, and how to use them
If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what I hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. The lawful basis for holding a form submission is legitimate interest — you contacted me about work.
To exercise any of that, email tonmoy.ashik@gmail.com. There is no process to go through; I'll action it and confirm.
Reusing what's here
The writing on this site is mine, and normal copyright applies — no licence is granted by default. That is less restrictive than it sounds in practice.
Quoting a paragraph or two with attribution and a link is always fine; no need to ask. If you want to republish a post in full, translate one, or use it as teaching material, email tonmoy.ashik@gmail.com. I say yes to most requests where the original is credited and linked — I would just rather know about it, and rather it not be a search result competing with the page you are reading.
Client work
Separately from this site: client and employer material is covered by NDA. That is why the case studies here state outcomes as percentages and name no companies.
